Electronic Monitoring Non-Fitted Devices

Description

MoJ Electronic Monitoring Service for delivery of new capability to support implementation of the Home Office Satellite Tracking Service for specific cohorts. The Home Office have mandated that a 'non-fitted device' monitoring solution be established. A non-fitted device solution will provide a more proportionate way of monitoring specific cohorts over extended periods of time than fitted tags. These devices will utilise periodic bio-metric verification as an alternative to being fitted to an individual.
