## Description

To project manage the diagnosis and permanent remedy of the roof leaks\. To include a detailed intrusive inspection to establish the cause of the leaks\. Work to include temporary making good to areas opened up\. Provide a written report summarising findings, produce specification of work to remedy incl budget costs and outline programme\.
