DESIGN OF APPLICATION GUIDANCE DOCUMENTS & APPLICATION FORMS

The requirements

We wish to commission a provider to: - use draft copy supplied in Word documents to create three design concepts for the new suite of publications (two-three sample pages of one of the application guidance documents and one page of the application form). - follow our brand guidelines to create designs using our colour palette, fonts etc - develop chosen design concept and typeset final copy - simple infographic creation (simple infographic/illustrated flow chart to be included in each application guidance document - same graphic in each, perhaps with amended information) - incorporating several rounds of author's amends - provide web-accessible PDFs of the publication (please see section on accessibility for more information) - provide editable, accessible source documents in InDesign format for HLF to make minor text edits in the future. - Typeset Welsh content (using same design as original English version), providing web-accessible versions and source files on sign off Graphic elements Some elements that may be included in the publication: Pull-out boxes Checklists We would like all the documents to have the same or similar style front cover - possibly with images. The documents may include tables and other visual displays of information (including infographics and/or flow charts)
