## Description

This "UMA" is necessary to enable the UK ATC to fulfil our optics work on the LISA project\. The Universal Measurement Accessory must be compatible with UKATC's existing Agilent Cary 5000 Spectrophotometer\. This contract was awarded following the negotiated procedure without prior publication in accordance with Regulation 32, \(5\), \(b\) of the PCR \(2015\)\.
