Design and Build of Modular Building for an ASD Unit at Nethergate Academy

Description

Nottingham City Council appointed a Contractor to provide a Turnkey solution for a new standalone Modular Building to be used as an ASD Unit at Nethergate Academy. The unit will be operational from 1st September 2020. Practical Completion is required by mid August. The appointed Contractor is responsible for the design, supply and installation of the new unit, including but is not limited to: Groundworks, drainage, exterior remodel, landscaping, M&E (internal and external).
