Paddock Chilled Water Plant Upgrade 2021188 BHR

West London NHS Trust is continuously reviewing its assets life cycle in relation to resilience and performance. As part of the review, the current packaged air-cooled water chiller in the Broadmoor Hospital's Paddock building has been identified to be at the end of its life cycle. Spares obsolescence, frequent breakdowns and future requirements has contributed to the need for the chiller to be upgraded. The Trust is looking for a supplier for replacement of an existing chiller unit with 2 no. new duty/stand‐by packaged air cooled water chillers or 2 x condenser less chillers with remote air cooled Condensers with associated pipework, electrical supply, controls, pressurisation unit and valves reconfiguration.
