City of Wolverhampton Council on behalf of Black Country Transport require support on a number of projects. There are a number of priority investment corridors identified for the city, with transportation leading on a number of major multimodal interventions in Wolverhampton and the wider Black Country. The proposals include multi million projects at various stages of development which require senior expertise and direction to support their progression. The programme of work requires experienced Progamme Management to provide expert support to the existing team to progress through the next stages. Utilising Midlands Highway Alliance PSP4 Lot 2 Framework
