## Description

Awarded using Ofwat's Terms and Conditions of Contract for Consultancy Services\. The Services required is to undertake a full Service of effective advertising, search, selection and candidate management process to recruit a Chief Operating Officer \(COO\) for Ofwat\. The Supplier will be working closely with our Lead Talent Partner, Chief Executive, and the interviewing panel\. The COO will be a key member of the Senior Leadership Team \(SLT\) and leads the Corporate Enablers Directorate\. The Directorate provides professional corporate enabling services - Finance, Procurement, IT, Workplace Services, People - so that Ofwat runs smoothly and contributes to the achievement of our Time to Act strategy\.
