Luton rising require a contract with an engineering company who can provide, sometimes at short notice, specialist engineering related to transport systems advice, expertise and assurance to matters pertaining to the DART network infrastructure, for example, proposed physical changes to the DART network infrastructure assets track, vehicles, stations or changes to operational or maintenance procedures. To check proposals and verify and assure Luton Rising that changes are fit-for-purpose and do not import risk to the network or to Luton Rising in relation to safety and/or asset integrity.
