Description

To waive the contract for a period of 9 months to enable the successful recommissioning and re-tender of service. It has been established after completion of the pre-procurement preparatory commissioning works that the scope and complexity of the contract has changed significantly. Due to this it has been established that there is not enough time to ensure a robust procurement process can be completed with a successful outcome for both customers and the Council.
