## Description

Islington Council has a small in-house repairs team to carry out repairs and maintenance to Islington non-housing property\. The team requires support from a pool of three \(3\) external contractors with Electrical expertise to deliver a responsive repairs and maintenance service to Islington's portfolio of non-housing premises\. This contract will be used for individual projects up to a value £50k\.
