MBC Archbishop's Palace - Alternative Use

Maidstone Borough Council (MBC) are seeking tenders from suitably experienced parties interested in submitting their proposals for the alternative use of The Archbishops Palace. Interest is expected from operators, developers, contractors, consultants, funders, business owners, event managers and organisers and the like, experienced in operating wedding/conference centres and/or multi-use buildings incorporating events/weddings/cultural and public spaces.

The Council wishes to appoint a suitably experienced company to work in partnership with on this project.
