## Description

The support contract for our main storage went out of contract on the 10th February 2025\. IT have a hardware failure in the cluster which needs to be resolved ASAP, leaving it to long could put the force at risk of an outage\. Dell requested quotes from reseller partners, with SCC giving the most competitive quote\. Softcat also responded\. Approval was given to accept one quote and reinstate the support with immediate effect\.
