Upper Mount Car Park Enabling Works

Description

Medway Development Company on behalf of Medway Council, wish to appoint an experienced and professional contractor to undertake the preparation of a former Car Park to get the site ready for residential development. Works include, sheet piling, excavation, service removal, new services and sub station. The contract will be for an initial 6 months with an option to extend for a further 6 months, and is anticipated to start April 2025.
