St Helens Council \("the Council"\) is seeking to procure an Ice Cream Concession in ten differing sites across the Borough of St\. Helens\. Due to potential changing commercial activities with the parks, the period of contract for this provision shall be for 12 months, starting on the 1st January 2018 running until 31st December 2018\.
