Business Process Re-engineering \(BPR\) is an essential part of any transformational programme; to support this, one critical component is a tool that enables capture, creation access and storage of process maps\. This tool will allow the council to capture its processes, store them in a single place that is accessible by all who need to engage with them in their day-to-day service delivery and operation\.
