## Description

The Education and Training Foundation \(ETF\) is seeking a tenderer to carry out an independent evaluation of two phases of collaborative projects as part of the Outstanding Teaching, Learning and Assessment \(OTLA\) programme - Learner Progress \(Phase 5\) and English \(Phase 6\)\. The two aims of OTLA are to: - Improve the quality of teaching, learning and assessment in the FE and training sector and; - Support increased professionalism for practitioners in the sector\. OTLA is underpinned by the Professional Standards\. The programme is made up of 4 different strands: Collaborative projects; Professional Exchanges; Support, Training and Resources; and the Practitioner Research Programme\. This tender will the evaluate the delivery of work in the collaborative projects strand\.
