## Description

Colchester City Council \(the Council\) wishes to purchase Clear Recycling Sacks\. A Further Competition will be issued under the ESPO Framework Agreement 860\_22 - Refuse and Recycling Products \(Including Wheeled Bins\) - Lot 10 - Supply of Plastic Sacks Delivery will be staggered through the year with the majority of the clear recycling sacks to be delivered within two weeks starting on 22nd April 2025\. \(Full details of the delivery requirements are detailed in the Specification\)\.
