Description
Aim The aim of this project is to evaluate barriers and opportunities to a circular economy for plastics across their entire lifecycle. Objectives: The objectives of this project are: • To design an evaluation framework that facilitates multi-criteria decision analysis allowing key interventions across topics, lifecycle stages and within each sector to be identified • To provide a guidance document explaining how the evaluation framework is used, updates and amended • To provide a fully referenced report detailing how the evaluation framework was developed, how decisions for criteria making were made, the evidence used to support the decisions, assumptions used, evidence gaps and suggestions for future work This project was awarded by DEFRA.
