## Description

The Service Provider will design and deliver a blended, bespoke and impactful mentoring scheme to be delivered over 6 months of intensive support, designed to meet the needs of the above target cohort from across Leeds City Region\. Nurturing and retaining skills and talent within the region should be at the forefront of the scheme, with a focus on diversity to ensure diverse talent is given the opportunity to thrive in the industry\.
