Work description
The primary outcome of the commission was to: (i) Secure a Senior Stakeholder Lead to support the delivery and embed business and cultural change initiatives required within the organisation, to support the Net Zero Carbon for Infrastructure Programme. (ii) Secure a Change, Communications and Engagement specialist to support the Programme's Business Change Manager.
