PLEASE NOTE: This is a Contract Award Notice The contract value range is from £1,076,133.79 to £1,139,042.12 over the term of the contract. This Procurement is being conducted as a mini competition in accordance with EN Procure Framework Responsive Repairs and Maintenance LOT 37. The work to be carried out within this contract is to provide an effective, responsive and preventative Drainage Repair and Maintenance Service, Water Supply Service and associated services. Vico Homes Ltd are inviting bids from organisations that are able to meet the requirements for Drainage Repair and Maintenance Services, Water Supply Service and associated services within the Wakefield District and surrounding area. Vico Homes Ltd is looking for one contractor who can work across the whole of the Wakefield district and surrounding area. All works will include emergency work, and any contractor must have provision to attend to emergencies as outlined in this document.
