Delivery of the business case objectives for the design, planning and programme & project management of the ICT Infrastructure Refresh Programme and associated sub-projects Identify specialist frameworks and potential partners to deliver the physical infrastructure for the refresh programme Establish programme and project governance to ensure delivery compatible with industry best practice linked to MSP & Prince 2, as appropriate Provide knowledge and skills transfer to in-house staff to support sustainable future service delivery using existing Council resources Ensure the achievement of Most Economically Advantageous Tender for the on-going sustainability of the solution
