## Description

Provision of Commercial Modelling Services for HS2 Ltd\. HS2 Ltd\. has awarded two Lots as follows on a three-year contract term: - Lot 1 Model Development & Analysis and Revenue Modelling Model development and analysis for commercial infrastructure and asset decisions, and revenue modelling including fares and pricing strategies and associated impacts\. - Lot 2 - Whole Life Value for Money Tool A bespoke whole life value for money tool, which will evaluate the benefits of numerous route options as required by commercial analysis\.
