## Description

GLCCA are undertaking a Brownfield Housing Fund programme, with a target to unlock 1,142 new homes on brownfield land\. The consultant will need to work with the Council to determine a shortlist of year 1 schemes based on deliverability/potential delivery risks\. Subsequently, the consultant will assess each site and produce the relevant reports\. The main requirement has been satisfied, this is a separate requirement to account for the applications received where a conflict of interest has arisen and therefore, an alternative supplier has been sourced\.
