## Description

The Works shall include but not be limited to: • Removal of vegetation from within the development area\. • Excavation, processing and crushing of ground slabs, retaining walls and foundations to a maximum depth of 3m\. Materials to be stockpiled on site for future reuse\. • Excavation and re-engineering of made ground on site to a maximum depth of 2 m\. Materials to be compacted to an engineering specification\. • In locations near to previous JKW zones inspection of excavated materials for rhizomes and the further treatment and installation of root protection barriers\. • Site to be graded as per current levels and changes in level created by existing retaining walls to be replaced by temporary slopes\. • Removal and / or treatment of unidentified contamination, if required\. • Validation of works with geotechnical and contamination testing\. • Provision of a validation report\. • Provision of warranties assignable to the future developer\.
