## Description

BlueLight Commercial Ltd are procuring a Framework on behalf of UK bluelight services for the provision of Contingent Labour Services\. The intention is to award a four year Framework Agreement with each Customer committing to a seven year fixed call-off contract, effective from the point of each new Customer joining the Framework Agreement\. Participants include Police Forces in England & Wales, affiliated Fire and Rescue Services and associated partners\.
