## Description

Appointment of a contractor under the \(reference 343\_24\) ESPO Energy Performance of Buildings Services Framework Agreement for the provision of Air Conditioning Inspections \(ACIs\)\. The scope of services will be procured under the following framework lot: Lot 4 - Other Energy-Related Surveys \(including TM44 Air Conditioning Inspections\) This lot covers additional energy-related assessments to support the Council's energy efficiency and compliance objectives\. This procurement supports the Council's commitment to sustainability, regulatory compliance, and energy performance improvement across its estate\.
