## Description

MKC wishes to appoint a registered valuer to undertake its annual asset & insurance valuations for inclusion within the authoritys insurance schedule and annual statement of accounts\. In addition MKC requires its Investment, assets held for sale and surplus assets to be valued within IFRS 13 guidelines\.
