## Description

This notice is for the appointment of a works contractor for the 2 stage design and build contract for Ashbridge, Asmill and Cosway street requirement\. The PCSA has been entered into on the basis of OHP and a fixed fee will be agreed on the basis of the OJEU competition at the end of the second stage\.
