## Description

This Contract Amendment relates to the extension of the contract term by 9 months from 30 June 2021 to 31 March 2022\. The financial limit of the extension is £1,777,481\.87 \(including gov tax\)\. Unspent funds of £603,247\.07 will be utilised during the extension with an additional £1,174,234\.80 provided by FCDO to cover the remaining programme activities\.
