The Trust requires a high quality AutoCAD experienced expert to enhance record drawing accuracy and standard layering capability across all drawings\. This task is of significant urgency to the Trust and suppliers who can offer the earliest delivery date will be prioritised for consideration\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\.
