Cyclical decorations to all previously painted surfaces and associated repairs to internal communal areas, specifically to entrances 2-11 and 12-25 Colclough Court; 2-5 and 6-13 Kurz Court & 1-11 Glaziers Court and replacement carpet flooring with vinyl, including all staircase nosings to 2-5 and 6-13 Kurz Court & 1-11 Glaziers Court.
