PRP204 Spring Cottage Children's Care Home Refurbishment

Description

Derbyshire County Council wishes to appoint a suitable contractor capable of carrying out the refurbishment of an existing care home, to include, internal remodelling (breaking through GF walls), new bathroom, kitchen and utility rooms and new fixtures and fittings.\r \r The building is currently used as a Childrens Care facility, therefore proposed works to comply with current Building Regulations.\r \r Site visits are permitted and should be arranged by contacting Mick Heery at michael.heery@derbyshire.gov.uk for further information.
