FALMOUTH EXETER PLUS Falmouth Exeter Plus ("FXPlus") is the service delivery partner of Falmouth University (Falmouth) and the University of Exeter (UoE). FXPlus delivers shared services and facilities for UoE and Falmouth at the Penryn Campus in Cornwall.

SUMMARY OF FXPLUS REQUIREMENTS

Project Scope

The scope of work for the South Campus Infrastructure project includes the designing and delivery of both above and below ground campus infrastructure works, including connection to existing building(s) where required.

This includes the following key items,

Replacement car parking An access road to the adjacent Student Residencies project initially for construction and subsequently permanent access Waste compound expansion Lighting, drainage and CCTV to the above Minor electrical works (noting the HV improvement works are being undertaken by others and are nearly concluded). Gas infrastructure Hydrant and Water Main Landscaping Footpath improvements Drainage improvements

FXPlus is seeking one bidder to supply all the requirements. It is important to FXPlus that this project is managed in a way that will ensure its effective delivery with minimization of risk. The expectations of FXPlus are to have a fully working and commissioned solution to be delivered within the stated timeframes based on the winning tender.

The successful Bidder shall support FXPlus by:

• Providing a cost effective and reliable solution. • Ensuring that the proposal offers the best and most effective use of the proposed technology, providing a good quality, robust, resilient design that delivers the scope of requirements as defined. • To work constructively with FXPlus and its partners.
