Work description
Provision of Technical Advisory (TA) services for locally-delivered (LD) projects under Priority School Building Programme (PSBP); the work will consist of reviews of the feasibility study documentation that will be provided in respect of certain of the projects (in LD Phases 3 & 4). These are the LD Phase 3 & 4 projects. In addition there is also a need for analysis of the technical elements of final business cases submitted by the Responsible Bodies for each LD Project.
