CityConnect Programme Evaluation

Description

The aim is to produce a programme-level evaluation of CityConnect covering all three phases, and assess the local and overall impacts of these on active travel in the region, to the best standard permitted by new and existing data. A programme-specific evaluation framework has been developed by the Combined Authority in line with internal and central government guidance, and the evaluation should be conducted in line with this. The evaluation framework also includes a comprehensive overview of schemes including location, budget and monitoring (baseline and ongoing). The evaluation outputs will be disseminated to key stakeholders and will inform future active travel policy and delivery in the region.
