Development of the Upgraded Education Programme for New ESCIT Team Recruits – ESCIT product capability

In Jul 2013, DE&S Director Technical required that Equipment Support Continuous Improvement Team (ESCIT) should extend its programme to 2020. ESCIT will therefore need to re-open the input to its Support Systems Consultant (SSC) development scheme. In the past the development of SSC has taken 2 years to produce fully competent & confident practitioners. ESCIT is seeking to reduce this development time, without any reduction in quality of SSC output.

There is an immediate need to deliver an upgraded education package for new Equipment Support Continuous Improvement Team (ESCIT) recruits. ESCIT operates as a DE&S internal consultancy group, specialising in Support Systems Engineering.
