Description

Member of the Independent Assurance Panel which advises the Permanent Secretary of the Home Office on the Emergency Services Mobile Communications Programme. Independent Programme Delivery Assurance including review of plans, programme management products and deliverables and provision of expert advice on mitigation of delivery risks and issues at programme level. The deliverables are as defined in the IAP delivery schedule (appended), this is routinely updated with additional tasks when defined and agreed between the Permanent Secretary / SRO / IAP Chair. Senior level stakeholder engagement within the department and external including OFCOM, HMT, Cabinet Office and Infrastructure and Projects Authority. The deliverables are reports containing analysis and recommendations. He is required to attend monthly review meetings.
