To complete a Conservation Management Plan for the historic vessel 'Cutty Sark', including all research, surveys and photography, with production and delivery of the final printed report\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\. The value of this contract is anticipated to be between £15,000 and £35,000
