GB-Maldon: Demolition of temporary prefabricated structure and formation of car parking areas

St Cedds House is a temporary prefabricated building adjacent to the Council offices which until recently housed voluntary groups and charities. This building has reached the end of its life and is due to be demolished as the Council has now re-located these groups.

Once the building is demolished, the footprint of the building is to be tarmacked and car parking spaces created.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
