The Patmos Lodge project forms part of Homes for Lambeth's 2020 Business Plan within their small sites programme\. The site is located on Elliott Road, London, SW9 6EX\. The scheme consists of the new build construction of 26nr Apartments and 5 houses of mixed tenure with this being 13nr Affordable / Social Rent and 18nr Private Sales units\.
