Specialist Placements,Alternative to Residential Care(SPARC)

Luton Borough Council together with Bedford Borough and Central Bedfordshire Council is looking to appoint a number of Providers to a Framework Contract for Specialist Placements, Alternative to Residential Care (Specialist Foster Placements). It is envisaged there will be between ten to fifteen providers but the Council reserves the right to appoint more or less.

Additional information: You should note that to apply as minimum you will require to be Ofsted registered. The Framework will be for an initial period of three years with an option to extend up to a further two years and the values referred to herewith are estimated annual values.
