Description
The purpose of this commission is to carry out an options appraisal including RIBA stage 1 output for the development of a new build Wellness hub to meet the holistic wellness needs of the resident base within the Hindley catchment area combining as a minimum leisure, fitness and sporting facilities and services, integrated library & learning spaces, clinical and non-clinical health appointments and multi-agency co working spaces in support of an integrated service delivery model. The co-location of Adult and Children's services is also under consideration as part of the project alongside provision to support the secondary school curriculum delivery. The procurement has been carried out as a mini competition through the Sport England SE903 - Active Environments Framework, Lot A - Strategic Outcomes Planning and Leisure Services Delivery.
