## Description

The objective for the contract is to help improve the overall aesthetics and energy performance of three housing blocks\. The works will consist of a single phase and comprise of the following works: • Complete rewire of the common parts to include emergency lighting • New internal Flat Dwelling Doors and Store Doors • Communal Ariel Satellite System • Door Entry System\. • Demolition and renewal of refuse areas • Structural repairs • Common parts decoration • External Stairwell work located on Camrose Avenue
