1-828 Updated and enhanced customer segmentation

Highways England is seeking to establish a contract for the provision of research to advance and enhance its knowledge and understanding of its enclosed vehicle road user segmentation model and create a motorcyclist segmentation model. The research will require an understanding of any future impacts on the Strategic Road Network and how these may impact or can help influence the segmentation models.
