## Description

The first of the new ceremonies will be hosted in the first full week of January for 2 days \(excluding Saturday and Sunday\) from January 2023 - 2027\. The second round of ceremonies will be hosted from the last full week of July 2023 - 2027 \(Monday to Friday\)\. The rooms/venues for the ceremonies must be available for exclusive use on days booked between 07:00 AM and 22:00 PM, with supplier access available from 06:00 AM on the first booked ceremony day to allow for setup\. We would like to host a minimum of 2 ceremonies per day in a venue that has the capacity to efficiently crossover between the ceremonies\. The minimum audience of the ceremonies is 1500 within the seating area, and a raised staging space to accommodate a 10 piece brass ensemble\.
