## Description

The service required of the Architect will be to provide Architectural and Lead designer roles to develop the detailed planning stage information into a full RIBA Stage 4 detailed design for tendering of 393 new homes across 2 parcels with an option within the procurement for a further parcel of 110 new homes\. During the main contract tender processes for the main contractor\(s\) and the construction stage the Architect will be retained by EBC to carry out a compliance checking service and to respond to main contractor site and design queries\.
