PL0324 Bromsgrove District Council Local Plan Testing

Description

Direct Award Midlands Highway Alliance Framework to source the incumbent contractor. Bromsgrove District Council (BDC) and Worcestershire County Council (WCC) are in early discussions to develop the transport evidence base for the refresh of the BDC local development plan in the period 2025-2028. These discussions focus on using the Worcestershire Strategic Transport Model (WSTM) to test local plan scenarios and strategy options. To fit with draft local plan timescales, a key milestone has been identified to have model outputs and reporting in early 2026.
