## Description

Torus has obtained funding from the Social Housing Decarbonation Fund \(SHDF\) to carry out retrofit and cyclical decoration works to 64 Torus owned properties \(32 houses and 32 flats\) which have been identified as being in need of improved insulation \(EPC rating D or below\)\. The properties included on this project are of admiralty construction, with external cavity walls and flat concrete roofs\. The properties are located in the Culceth area of Warrington, approximately 8\.0 miles northeast of Warrington town centre\.
